Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or frozen/canned in juice, no sugar added)
  • 1½ cups pure coconut water (chilled for best taste)
  • ½ cup sparkling water (optional, for fizz)
  • ½ tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice (optional, adds brightness)
  • 12 teaspoons raw honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (for serving)
  • Fresh mint leaves, toasted coconut flakes, or pineapple wedge (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a blender
Place 1 cup pineapple chunks , 1½ cups coconut water , ½ tablespoon lime juice , and 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (if using) into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth
Blend on high for 30–45 seconds , or until the mixture is fully combined and smooth.

  3. Strain (optional)
For a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove pulp.

  4. Add sparkling water
Stir in ½ cup sparkling water just before serving to maintain fizz.

  5. Serve over ice
Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes . Garnish with mint leaves , a pineapple wedge , or toasted coconut flakes , if desired.

Notes

Chill ingredients first for a naturally cold drink — no need to refrigerate afterward.

Sparkling water is best added right before serving to keep the fizz.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Shake or stir before drinking.

For meal prep: Prepare infused version without sparkling water and add fizz fresh when serving.
